How We Verify Organizations on the TailsPal Platform 🔍
Every organization on TailsPal goes through a mandatory verification process. We believe trust is essential when it comes to donations and care.
🧾 What Do We Check?
- Proof of Activity
- Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Photos/videos of animals, feeding points, rescues
- Community engagement & shares
- History & Presence
- How long the fund or volunteer group has operated
- Frequency of updates, rescues, sterilization work
- Transparency & Openness
- Willingness to provide updates and photo reports
- Responsive communication with our team
🧑⚖️ The Review Process
- The application is submitted
- We review all materials and open-source information
- If needed, we request additional proof
- If approved — a public profile is created
- If declined — we provide recommendations
⚠️ What We Don’t Allow
- Fake donation schemes
- Anonymous accounts without real activity
- Hostile or toxic communication
- Listings without consent
💬 Why It Matters
- Supporters need to trust where their help goes
- Verified rescues earn credibility and donations
- We’re building a safe and ethical platform
