TailsPal is a platform that helps homeless animals in Georgia. We help dogs and cats find a home, while verified foundations, shelters, and volunteers can tell people about furry friends, receive support, and find help for animals faster.
At the start, the project is developing in Batumi, but TailsPal is being created to help animals throughout Georgia. Step by step, we plan to expand the platform and connect new cities, foundations, shelters, and volunteers.
Animals can only be added to the platform by verified foundations, shelters, and volunteers. If you represent a foundation, shelter, or help animals yourself, please contact us through the form on the “Contacts” page.
You can help in different ways: support the TailsPal project, help a foundation or volunteer, tell others about the platform, become a volunteer, or give a furry friend a home. Learn more on the “How to Help” page.
No, the publication of animals and their stories is available only to verified foundations, shelters, and volunteers. This helps us keep the information up to date and increase trust in the platform.
Anyone who wants to help animals can become a volunteer. Volunteers can participate online and offline: helping with promotion, translations, design, partner outreach, support for foundations, animal care, and other project tasks. Learn more on the “How to Become a Volunteer” page.
Yes. The platform features dogs and cats that are looking for a home and a family. You can choose a furry friend and contact the foundation, shelter, or volunteer through the animal’s profile in the “Looking for a Home” section.
We aim to make helping as transparent and understandable as possible. The platform features verified foundations, shelters, and volunteers, while information about the project and ways to help is published openly. Learn more about foundations on the “Foundations” page.
Donations supporting TailsPal go toward developing the platform, improving pages for furry friends, foundations, and fundraising campaigns, connecting convenient support tools, developing UI/UX, and preparing future project directions, including smart feeders for street animals. Learn more on the “Support the TailsPal Project” page.
Yes, you can support TailsPal from another country. We want as many people as possible to be able to help furry friends from Georgia, no matter where they are.
At the moment, the smart feeder direction is still under development. We are open to communication with partners, foundations, volunteers, businesses, and initiative-driven people who want to support the future launch of such care points. Learn more on the “Become a Partner in the TailsPal Smart Feeder Project” page.
TailsPal smart feeders are one of the future directions of the project. We are developing the concept of care points with automatic food and water dispensing for street animals, which can work systematically and be supported both on site and remotely. Learn more on the “About Our Smart Feeders” page.
You can join TailsPal and help the project in different ways: online, informationally, or through hands-on help for animals. You will find details and the application form on the “How to Become a Volunteer” page.
We aim to make the development of TailsPal transparent and understandable. Information about the project, its directions, and its development is published openly, and as the platform grows, we will continue improving the transparency, convenience, and clarity of support tools. Learn more on the “About the TailsPal Project” page.
