About Our Smart Feeders

TailsPal smart feeders are the heart of our care infrastructure for stray animals. They operate 24/7, dispensing food and water to stray dogs and cats — even when no humans are around. 🐾

How Do Smart Feeders Work? ⚙️

TailsPal smart feeders are special devices with automatic food and water dispensing systems. They’re connected to our platform, remotely controlled, and equipped with sensors, cameras, and alert systems:

🕐 Operate around the clock
🍽️ Dispense food and water through separate sections
📹 Equipped with live cameras — you can watch the animals in real time
🌐 Internet-connected for monitoring and refills
📲 Can be supported remotely — even from abroad
🔒 Vandal-resistant design

Animals quickly learn these locations and come back regularly. Each feeder becomes a little island of care and safety.

Food & Treats: How Payment Works 🛒

💳 On-site — via bank card or QR code directly on the feeder
📱 Remotely — through our mobile app (in development)

Feeders with Vending Sections 🦴

Some feeders installed in public spaces — parks, shops, waterfronts — will include vending sections where you can buy healthy treats for both stray and pet animals:

🔸 Vitamin biscuits
🔸 Chewing sticks
🔸 Soft treats for senior dogs
🔸 Functional supplements
🔸 Waste bags
🔸 Paw and face wipes

💰 Proceeds from sales will go toward supporting the project and installing more feeders.

Monitoring & Transparency 📲

Our platform lets us:

🔸 Track feeder status
🔸 Receive real-time alerts
🔸 Plan refills
🔸 Create photo reports for sponsors and foundations

All data is stored and available for analysis.

Why Is This Important? 🐕

💧 Clean water and food every day
🙌 Help when volunteers aren’t nearby
🧼 Less mess and waste from scattered food
❤️ Consistent, thoughtful aid for animals

Where Will the First Feeders Be Installed? 📍

To ensure help reaches those who need it most, we carefully select feeder locations:

📍 Starting in Batumi, Georgia
🔸 Areas with high stray populations
🔸 Parks and walking areas
🔸 Shelters and rescue centers
🔸 Highways and bypass roads
🔸 Rural areas without aid access
🔸 Near markets and parking lots

💡 Each feeder is more than just a device — it’s a point of care, where animals get a chance to survive and be seen.
🙌 By placing feeders in these locations, we not only provide food but also reduce tension, prevent conflicts, and make streets safer.
🤝 Together with volunteers and animal welfare groups, we’re mapping high-need areas and ensuring regular care where it's needed most.
