Helping Mona recover after severe wounds
Mona was found in a village half-dead: pieces of her skin had been torn off in several places, and what remained was stretched tightly over her bones because of extreme exhaustion.
We took her to a clinic — otherwise she would have simply rotted alive. For a month, doctors carefully treated her wounds, and they have finally started to heal.
Now we are looking for a home for her — permanent or temporary. She has not fully recovered yet, and she cannot go back to the street.
Mona is a regular dog. She loves walking, elegantly stepping forward and squinting in the sun. She doesn’t need special care — just a couple more weeks of cleaning the healing wounds with chlorhexidine.
If you’re ready to give her shelter, please write to us. You can also join Mona’s group (https://t.me/+6GI2JAXZz_UzOWVi) to follow her story and help financially — we still need to cover the remaining treatment costs.
