My name is Asya, and I am a private volunteer in Batumi. For over three years, I have been saving stray animals: I find injured or abandoned cats and dogs, take them for treatment, care for them, and find them homes. One of the focuses of my work is the TNR (trap-neuter-return) program: I catch street cats, take them for sterilization, and return them to their place. This is a humane and effective way to regulate the population. I work independently, using my own resources and with the support of compassionate people.
During this time, I have been able to change the fate of dozens of cats and dogs. My goal is not only to save but also to teach people how we can work together to make the world kinder.
